The rent for Kas Blau per week with an occupancy of one or two persons is € 600.-
For each additional person (5 persons max.), there will be an extra charge of € 75,- per week.
This sum is inclusive of:
• transfer from/to the airport (also at night).
• use of gas/water/electricity (normal use).
• clean bed linens and towels once a week.
• end-of-stay cleaning of the house
• we will make sure you will find something to drink/snack in the house upon arrival.
• service manager available during your stay.
The rent is exclusive of the governmental tourist tax of US$ 5.50 per person (13 years and above) per night. It’s obligatory for us to charge this tax to your bill; we transfer the money directly to the government.
Kas Blau operates without surcharge in high season!
Terms
You can make your reservation by email, via our website.
After your reservation you will receive our confirmation by email. Your reservation is than definite. Within 14 days after this confirmation your deposit of 20% of the total amount due has to be paid. If we have not received your deposit in time, we may cancel the reservation.
Six weeks before the day of your arrival the rest of the amount due, as well as the deposit (€ 150,-), has to be received by us.
The deposit will be returned to you directly after departure if:
• we will find the house with complete inventory and free of damage, and if
• usage of water and electricity has not been escessive
In case of a last-minute reservation the full amount has to be paid all at once, and before your arrival in Kas Blau.
Cancellation
In the very unpleasant situation that you should have to cancel your stay at Kas Blau, the following cancellation stipulations apply :
• cancellation up to 6 weeks (42 days) prior to the first day of the agreed rental period at Kas Blau, the cancellation fee is : the downpayment (20% of the total amount due).
• cancellation from 42 days until 7 days prior to the first day of the agreed rental period at Kas Blau : 50% of the total amount due.
• cancellation from 7 days until 1 day prior to the first day of the agreed rental period at Kas Blau : 90 % of the total amount due.
• cancellation from the day of the start of the agreed rental period onwards, or later: 100% of the total amount due.
In case you would like to change an already confirmed rental period to another period, we will do our utmost to meet your wishes. However, the status of our other reservations, as well as the period of time between the day of your request and the day of your already scheduled arrival, will determine the outcome of our efforts. Please, in such a case, allow as much time as possible, in order to give it a chance for success.
